All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been placed and another once the order has been shipped.

Further communication regarding tracking of order will also be sent.

In line with South African law, we are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered to you on the agreed date or within a reasonable time. You are responsible for making the necessary arrangements to receive and/or collect your order accordingly.

Risk and Ownership
All goods remain our responsibility until they have been delivered and accepted by you.

Failed or Delayed Delivery
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Inspection on Delivery
You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it is correct and in good condition before accepting it.
